Swimmers may register to swim with the Gators swim team at any time during the season.  To register, come to the pool during any team practice, and speak with a Gators board member.  Registration packets are available here.  Please note that registration requires a copy of each swimmer's birth certificate.  Swimmers should come prepared to swim. 

Team fees are paid monthly.  We will compute each family's monthly fee at registration.  Your fee is based on the number of swimmers in your family and the group(s) they swim with.  You'll pay for April at registration.  Then, fees will be due by the first day of each month thereafter until the end of the season.   

If you would like to pay for the season in full, you may.  However, please be certain that your swimmer will complete the season before doing so.  The club does not offer discounts for paying in full nor will refunds be available.

You may now charge your team fees to a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express Card.  We can accept payment on the pool deck each month, or you can sign up for automatic billing.  When enrolled in automatic billing, your team fees will be automatically billed to your credit card each month until the end of the season.  You may also pay with cash or by check.

Payment Policy:	Payment is due in full by the 1st day of the month. Swimmers will not be permitted in the pool until payment for the current month is received. Swimmers who plan to participate with Gators on a reduced schedule are responsible for the entire month’s payment.  Upon registration, you are responsible for payment in full every month regardless of whether or not your swimmer swims during that month.  To cancel your registration and end your responsibility for remaining monthly payments, you must provide a written cancellation to the Gators treasurer before the next payment's due date.
Discounts:	Discounts of 10% and 15% will be offered to families that have multiple swimmers.  Members of the Greenwood High School swim team should not remit payment for months during which they will not practice due to IHSAA regulations.  Members of the Greenwood Middle School swim team may pay a reduced monthly fee of $28 during the months of January and February.  During this time, GMS swim team members can extend their GMS team practice for one hour into Gators practice.   Board members may reduce their monthly fee by $5.

USA Swimming registration for the 2010-2011 swim season is required with your Gators registration.  USA Swimming now requires a copy of the swimmer's birth certificate.  Please photocopy your swimmer's birth certificate, and bring it with you to registration.
