In order to help meet the needs of individual swimmers,
Gators is divided into three training groups (listed below). These
groups are designed to enable each swimmer to continually
grow and progress in the sport.
Fees
Team fees are based on the Gator group with which your child is placed. Placement is determined by our head coach based on swimmer age and/or swimming experience. The Board of Directors sets dues at the beginning of each season. Dues range in price from $210 - $290 in the fall season, and $140 - $180 in the summer. These are subject to change periodically. They may be paid in full at the beginning of the season,
or you may elect to use a monthly payment option.
USA Swimming
Fees
Each member of the club is required to join USA/Indiana Swimming. The 2009-2010 fee
is $53.00, and it is paid once annually. (This fee has continued to increase $1 each year). This registration provides a swimmer
with membership in USA swimming and Indiana Swimming, Inc. which includes an athlete tracking number and accident insurance
for your swimmer while her or she participates in team practices and swim meets. For those
swimmers who choose to swim only the long course season (summer season), there is a seasonal membership through USA/Indiana Swimming.
Equipment
Team members are permitted to
where any appropriate one-piece swim suit or jammer during practices.
We ask swimmers to wear team suits and caps during swim meets.
We recommend that each swimmer
also have goggles, a towel and a water bottle.
