Practice Schedule

The Bronze Group practices for one hour on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from either 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  Please consult with Coach Justin as to when you child will attend practice.

The Silver Group practices for two hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  

The Gold Group practices for two hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Masters will practice Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Please check the "Pool Closings" tab for any changes to the regular schedule due to high school and middle school meets or high school functions.

Please note that beginning January 8, 2008, all practices were moved up 1/2 hour. If your swimmer comes to practices at 5:30, he/she will now begin practice at 6:00 p.m. If your swimmer normally begins practice at 6:30, he/she will now have practice at 7:00 p.m. Bronze swimmers can discuss any changes in swim practice times with Coach Justin.  This new practice time will be in effect through the end of this short course season, with our last practice on March 21, 2008.
